This is a terrific shot and it does look cold.

My 20d would lock up for sure at -40. Are Nikon shutters cold rated to certain temps?

Terrific curves here Mike!

That's ludicrously cold! Its a superb photo, the sweeping curves, not to mention the subject matter and the light, make this one just about perfect.

Holy smokes.
54f here today. Granted 40 mph wind but hey.....

Nice wavey lines on this one Mike - and I am trying to place where you are for this one - south of town?

Yup only you would be out in that temperature taking images :-) Love it.

Not only is it a nice shot Mike, it lets me know that the D300 operates well in the cold without my having to actually go out in that kind of temperature. Thanks.

-40° C ? Yikes that's cold. It's 13°C here and windy and we were cold taking a walk. Very cool effects with your new fisheye.
