Catman, Thanks, At first, I really didn't think that this photo fit the theme and I was getting ready to change it for another but after further interpretation I felt that it was fine. Marc's comment helped to solidify that decision.

Carlos, I accidentally did not sign the third message in this group. Even without my signature you surly can tell it is me because I almost always omit an important word in a sentence. ...even though I proof read all the time. Dyslexia is murder on in forum.

Thanks Marc, A mistake made by a man being issued a citation for breaking a law created by man being enforced by men whose job was created by society. Details, details.

Good, good... I like the way you thought around the theme too ! They're all made by men !

Miro, no, I think attitudes like form toward the police when people are politically and socially repressed as your country was until recently. It is just old ideas that take a long time to die. That is if the basis of the original conception really does change. (no corruption in the polce force.)

Carlos, This is a fantastic capture, right time, right perspective and the right photographer

There is an old joke about policeman's here. They go in groups of three. One know to read, other know to write and third know to count to five. Is this the same case here? Very good composition. Man, the main subject (IMO) is blocked in his free pass. His free space before him is occupied by the policeman's.

I love the expression on the policemen's faces and the posture of the one closest to the camera. He is definately ready for any trouble isn't he! Makes you wonder how much time the policemen have on their hands to worry about a jaywalker though. I love the desaturation of color, it really came out nice. Love this photograph Carlo (aww so you are plucknbach!!!, great win in exhibition last challenge).
