well . . it's not really MUCH of an entry for the challenge
I mean, for "fingers and thumbs" . . . this isn't exactly a creative offering . . .
BUT . . these are the hands of two honored women at work

THE Front Desk ladies . . .They are ones who mediate the entire day
They take the brunt of the patients' and our complaining and grumbling
They keep this place working like clockwork. . . slightly SQUEAKY clockwork, but clockwork =)

They are the ones who deal with all the appointment schedules of all the healthcare providers and all ten thousand patients

This was Administrative Assistants' Week (formerly Secretary's Week)
Their actual "Day" of acknowledgement was Wed, but lucky for me their treat arrived a day late
