Strong, powerful image, with the grids on her face, her expression of pain, the gramophon, the waves... All contributes to give this image its expression. Beautiful tribute to Ai Li too.

It is always a thrill for me to see two of my students salute each other's ideas with such brilliance. This is a wonderfully incongruous image in itself, Kal --worth breaking up a break for. But to see it in the context of what Ai Li is telling us with her newest images, is a huge treat.
