What is it.

Thursdays challenge - What is it?

My friend made me this last year and has been hanging in my backyard!
Ernesto destroyed it and Kelly repaired it for me on Monday.
It's very peaceful to watch when there is a slight breeze in the air
watching the sunlight thru the reflectors!
Thanks to everyone for visiting - this was a fun challenge -
geez wonder what next Thursday will bring!

Better not to guess sometimes. Thought of footsteps or something like that. It was a brilliant miracle.
Guest 08-Sep-2006 20:48

The B&W converstion and treatment makes for a very fine abstract. Well done.

Nice one. Looks like some prints on the mud, but no idea what it is.
ML08-Sep-2006 05:54
Woo, love the texture of this image after your postprocess! Even though it looks black/gray/dirt, it has a very edgy feel to it! thumbs up!
Cindi Smith07-Sep-2006 23:49
So, this is a wind chime? Great idea!!!!!
Ray :)07-Sep-2006 23:27
Just caught up with this, I was going to say some kind of prints in the mud!

J. Scott Coile07-Sep-2006 21:03
Looks like a... mess ;) Nice contrast in B&W!
royalld07-Sep-2006 20:46
This is challenging!
Is it something creating a pattern on a frozen windshield?
Guest 07-Sep-2006 20:17

Guest 07-Sep-2006 20:07
Whatever it is, I love how you have disguised it! :-)

Ok, I give up! I have spent the last 1/2 hour trying to figure out what this is. It's driving me crazy!!!!! Excellent photograph though. Love you mom!
wernere0107-Sep-2006 17:03
The most popular four words today: I have no idea!
Guest 07-Sep-2006 17:02
I see the hat - or it could be the power of suggestion - good job!
Nicki Thurgar07-Sep-2006 16:57
Like Sheila, I can see a hat - is it an image that's had some sort of embossed treatment?? Nicely done, whatever it is!!
Michael Shpuntov07-Sep-2006 16:20
No idea of what it is, but a very strong graphical image.
Naomi 07-Sep-2006 15:45
Looks like a ghost wearing a hat, and carrying a string of fish, meanwhile it is raining, hard, perhaps even small drops of hail.
Deborah Lewis07-Sep-2006 15:41
Sheila - you had the same idea as my graddaughter - but no, its not a hat
Sheila07-Sep-2006 15:09
I know it's crazy, but I see a lady in a hat walking through grass or flowers :-)
I have no idea!
Guest 07-Sep-2006 15:06

Dan Chusid07-Sep-2006 13:51

the lunar surface.
When the heck did they put a post office up there and OMG,
how much was the postage???!!!

Yvonne07-Sep-2006 12:55
Have no idea... maybe a puddle on a lawn, but those swirly things have me
beat! It's very effective whatever it is!
Jola Dziubinska07-Sep-2006 12:50
