Yellow-Rumped Warbler, or Myrtle Warbler (Dendroica coronata)

Since 1973 the sub-species of Myrtle Warbler and Audubon Warbler have been classified as one - the Yellow-rumped Warbler. Efforts are underway to separate them back into the two sub-species as they were pre-1973. Thus, this bird would be classified as a 'Myrtle Warbler' in the future. The Myrtle Warbler has a white throat whereas the Audubon Warbler has a yellow throat.

The cat caught a small bird, that I saved, and I'm trying to identify the bird, and can't seem to find and pictures that look like him. Small dark green with yellowish or tannish chest, small humming bird like beak, looks the closest to a Wren or Hummingbird
