I drove my tractor through your haystack last night

See me and money recently... like water through my fingers! Still, it is nice to actually see the money spent achieving some tangible and visible results for a change. By 5pm I just wanted to get out for a while and make the most of the glorious late summer sunshine. I jumped in the car on an errand to buy cat litter, and took the opportunity afforded to point the vehicle in the direction of Auchterhouse - a hill I desperately wish to walk up again before the weather and early nights close in on us. I stopped off at Baldovan to photograph a very friendly cow who came over to say hello, and some ominous looking bales, which seemed to have congregated together as if involved in some sort of conspiracy. Instead of heading towards Auchterhouse, I decided to make for North Balluderon instead. I am glad I did, because it was beautiful, and I got to see this.

Created a new gallery Seen in fields. and placed new images in Neglected and Colourless I.

I was gazing at the Ponte 25 de Abril last year

Love the tilt to this Stu. Can't go wrong with the farmlands. You did good!

I enjoy this very much. Has the classic look of a B&W of the 20s and 30s. Very well done. Voted.

Excellent B&W capture. Being married into a farm family I really enjoy pics of farms and the fruit of labor. The angle of capture and placement of subjects are great.

I like the dof in this. It is sharp to infinity and it gives it an almost graphic quality. That's a compliment, btw. :) Nice framing as well. Heck, the whole photo is just superb. Glad you took the road less travelled. And congrats on getting some extra work and future pay. You'll need it for you money pit. :)

With the tilted horizon, it looks like they are rolling into the house! Cool image.
