Well, my lens isn't really set up for moon shots. But, tonight was gorgeous, I did with what I had. I used my little 28-135 lens, shot at a fast shutter speed to get the moon. Shot at a low shutter speed to get the clouds. Then pasted the two images together. I was surprised I was able to get as much detail from the moon as I did. A beautiful night, by the way, here in So. Cal.
