I am learning PhotoShop (just got CS loaded over the weekend) and did some experimenting with a cool filter, some shadow/highlight manipulation and then I used the magnetic lasso and added a gaussian blur to give a shallow depth of field and a sort of halo. I'm just getting started with PhotoShop and I can see it's going to be fun.
