Common burdock (Arctium minus)

Ottawa

This is a common weedy plant of roadsides, fields, forest edges, etc. and is considered a fast-spreading invasive species. However, insects love the flowers and birds often feed on the seeds. Sadly, the latter can be a fatal attraction as birds sometimes get stuck on the seedheads (which are akin to velcro) and become trapped, as do some insects as well.

It's quite pretty, and well captured, but sounds like it can be a deadly flower.
