This is the larger of two gates to this house, again shot from the car out of necessity so not the best view of it over a lot of construction barriers. It is so wide that I simply couldn’t photograph the whole thing from the same side of the road. I have never seen a gate this size for any house (actually for any building, except perhaps The Ritz Carlton), so I must conclude this is going to be a royal palace when it’s finally occupied. The “small” gate – which is also a double gate and pretty monumental in itself – to follow.
