I have photographed this new house several times in the past (see below for one shot), but never from a perspective that conveys just how gigantic it really is. I saw this view from the road yesterday and made Tim go past it three times (!) in an attempt to capture the fullest extent of it. This was the best I could do through the windshield, from the opposite side of the street and over a concrete wall. (We even got honked at for slowing down traffic on our last pass.) Pictures of its two monumental gates on that same road will follow. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything quite like them for a private home. Surely this must be some kind of royal palace.
