Pykenham's Gatehouse

One of Ipswich's gems is this late C15th gatehouse. http://www.ipswichbuildingpreservationtrust.org.uk/projects/pykenham-s-gatehouse/ . It is hidden under a bushel, or at least inside an easily passable courtyard full of cars and other hideosities. Restored in 1983, it seems to be slipping back into neglect

It is amazing that it is that old. It is beautiful, and your POV shows it off so well. V

It looks quite charming, and sad to hear that it is slipping back into neglect. Amazing how old it is, too!
