A proper warm summer day gave way to an evening filled with beautiful light.
Sadly, the forecast says the good spell won't last.

Flower shots always seem to work better when you can pick up a bit of translucency through the petals; this one has a drop of that. The low angle of the light works well too, providing both a more subtle light than a direct one, and that wealth of shadows.
