Holy Light

The Minch, Skye, Scotland

A large image to enjoy showing a curtain of moving light rays descending like some holy deity from the heavens through a hole in the clouds and shimmers like an aurora to produce a sheet of dazzling light reflecting off the relatively calm waters on the Minch separating Raasay, mainland Scotland and the eastern coast of Skye. I shot this from high up on the Quiraing shortly after sunrise.
