My second trip here with fellow pbaser mcgarva & my son, having found it on the 29th December in much more snowy & icy conditions, I felt quite happy trotting about to find the best vantage point.
Big mistake whilst looking to set up a slip relieved me of my tripod down the chute to the right into a deep pool. I was lucky not to follow it! Anyway still here and quite a lesson for me. This pic with a quick loan of mcgarva's tripod.
