Devil's Orb

Death Valley National Park view map

I took a 5 inch (130mm) quartz orb with me on this trip to try
to get some creative captures. Here's a shot of the orb resting
on a salt rock on Devil's Golf Course. Walter Koenig posted a shot
a while back that got me interested in using a crystal ball.

In the orb: Devil's Golf Course on top, Panamint Mountain Range
in the middle, and cloudy sky at the bottom.

Here's a link to Walter's image that got me started with this:

Great result with the orb. Very well done. Now, after reading Will's comment I'm thinking orb plus fisheye. "V"
