Still a grey day but I did manage to find some splashes of red at Stockport Station - strange platform number!
Yes I've been to Stockport today - to the UK Biobank Assessment Centre.
Three years ago, as volunteers (apparently there were 500,000 of us between the ages of 45 and 69 throughout the country) we took part in a health and lifestyle assessment.
This was for an ongoing study into the role of nature and nurture in health and disease.
Today was for a re-assessment and as Paul didn't want to be re-assessed I decided to go on the train (in case of snow over the Woodhead!)
And, yes, my results were better than last time. It must be going to the gym instead of going to work and eating all those cakes :-)
