Baby

I don't believe this. I have just told Phillip we don't see many rabbits around here.
We went to Fremantle today for some storm pics, (very big storm forecast for tonight.)
Got out of the car at the harbour and there was this baby sitting on a verge, calmly eating.

other sizes: small medium original auto

Too small for my stew...let him keep eating, lol!

Love the light - we have many rabbits in the backyard despite the two black labs who love to chase them!

Aww - it's so cute and there's a lovely bit of light on it.
There are some up the road from here but not very accessible for getting pics.

Crikey, not only a cute baby rabbit, but a tame one - the ones round here are off like a shot if they sense anyone nearly... shot probably being the operative word ;o)

So cute! I love the light falling on it and the detail and clarity. Who can resist a baby bunny? V.

That would be due to a Rabbit Proof Fence some 2,021 miles (3,253 km) long....must have a hole in it somewhere ;o)

Ah it's a cutie. I see too many squashed ones on the road and not enough like this. Lovely.

Lovely shot though.

Very beautiful capture.

A beautiful shot of a wretched pest.
The only time I have seen them slow (or unable) to run off is when infected with Myxo or Calici virus.

He looks very healthy ad happy. We have lived in this house in a very rural setting for 16 years and last week, for the first time ever, we saw a rabbit by the garden gate. I do hope he passed on by!
Yvonne12-Jun-2012 10:19
Oh, so cute Sheila... looks so tiny. Hope there are no terriers around! Gorgeous shot! :)
Chris Morton12-Jun-2012 10:07
I assure you they have no sense of guilt! We have to make quite a fuss to interrupt our garden ones from their feeding
