unbeleivable.... the weather. In the north shore of Quebec where it should be -40 it is 2°C, warmer than in northern Florida, for the past 2 weeks. People are mad because there is no snow, and the snowmobile season has not yet started. Snowmobile is THE sport in Quebec rural in winter. Here in Montreal we are ok, and the ski stations are doing fine now, even if real snow was a bit late at some mountains.
