This is part of an ongoing project to find seemingly real mountains in the otherwise flat Dutch landscape. The opportunities are scarce of course, but the snow on these heaps of sand posed a good one. The snow cover prevents any sense of scale and I like the very basic forms of the slopes and the basic shadow and light combination.
