The British and Commonwealth Military Cemetary at Tyne Cot. It is the largest British and Commonwealth cemetery in the world and contains almost 12,000 graves and commemorated names of the dead. Over 70% of the 11,956 are of unknown soldiers. At the back of the graveyard 38,000 names are inscribed on the walls - those who have no known grave. The monument itself is a German gun bunker it's original position. The only stone missing - is in the centre where the gun barrel would have protruded from.
