Cartrophin Course 11/06

Maitland, NSW

Caddie, our oldest rescue, was surrendered by his previous owners because, among other things, he had chronic arthritis. So they abandoned him to a shelter where, if no one adopted him, he would be put to sleep in two days.

I recently administered his winter course of Cartrophin a drug that stimulates cartilage growth. He is as happy as a puppy.

I'm happy as a puppy knowing he's okay.
But these needles make me want to hide.

You are a dear to take him in. I hate it when people just abandon their pets. I could never do that to mine. My Sadie is old and can't hear or see well anymore but I'll keep her alive and she is doing well. I believe she has a few more years left and will be devistated when she passes on. Caddie looks happy!
