I heard about the unfortuate incident. You have to be diligent and smart. I went back again on Saturday and the water is still pretty high. It is so amazing there. And there are some not terribly smart people doing some not terribly smart things. I'll be posting more shots from that trip as well.

I read today that 3 hikers were swept down a waterfall yesterday in Yosemite Valley. My son was there recently and noted that the snow runoff was extreme this year and the rivers were all running high and fast. A spectacular view from below but dangerous for hikers that risk a crossing.
