In The Garden

In the Mojave Desert where temperatures are soaring to over 105 degrees Fahrenheit and the water tables are going down every year, it's hard to keep a garden alive. But there is some beauty that can be found in a shriveled up flower, I think Perhaps there's a deeper message here. Hmmmm...

They are beautiful! It doesn't even seem that they've lost their colour.

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leafs a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Nice shot -- very well composed, and very crisp (I mean in the details...).
