Brown Mouse Lemur

(microcebus rufus)
The most common of the Mouse Lemurs with a wide distribution in lowland and montane rainforest and secondary growth. It is a nocturnal species. It will readily come to a feeding station and can give very close views. At Ranomafana NP an individual has become habituated to coming to feed on bananas right by the road side.
