In April 2015 I joined the Shetland Wildlife trip to Hortobagy National Park in Hungary. This was a bird photography trip and would be using the excellent photo hides belonging to Saker Tours. There are several of these in the National Park area to the west of the town of Balmaz (or Balmazujvarosi). Many thanks to Mick Durham for leading the trip and to David Devonport for his good humoured company on the long days in the hides.
