From the Bhutanese border town of Samdrup Jongkhar we crossed the border into India. A drive of about 100 Kms through amazingly flat land teeming with people brought us to the bridge over the immense Bramaputra River and the city of Guwahati from where we flew back to Delhi then onwards home.
