Loch Awe, Assynt, Scotland
I rarely upload image at this size but here I think it is justifiable as detail is probably "sketchy". This little bit of abstract scribbling caught my attention very quickly on an overcast summer afternoon at the edge of Loch Awe. Near to the shore the green sedge and reeds were relatively straight but further out they were bowed over and formed abstract curves like a child that had been asked to write a thousand lines as a punishment and was now getting a little bored with it all. I deliberately overexposed to produce a histogram that would burn out, in order to render the delicate greens of the reeds as I wished them to be. This served to increase their abstract appearance.
