Pure surrealism, Henry. I find a message here -- the hand above is firm, confident in its affluence. The hand below is tentative, fragmented, and dissolving in frustration. A metaphor for the haves and haves nots of the world. What I like about much of your work here is not only your wonderful incongruities, but the ideas they suggest. Sight gags are fun, but I would rather have a message. And you give them to me. Thank you.
This is a wonderful composition Henry. I like how the vertical and horiozontal lines divide the space, and create an interesting contrast to the image and reflection of the human hand. Very nice catch!
