Sometimes I still think I can do it all on my own. Solo. Just me. Wild life.
No strings. No ties. The old street life. Running, sniffing, stealing, fighting.
Like I did for a while back in Spain. Some days I’m still that way.
But more and more I’m a member of my pack.
I’ve learned to like being liked. Being loved. Cared for.
And I’m giving it back, sometimes.

This is a mountain stream in Italy. We rested here. Had lunch and fresh water.
We were a team. It was a nice feeling. I guess you could call it a quality moment.
