Joop's Dog Log - Saturday Feb 28

Many humans think they`re so smart.
But at our international University, many teaching humans don`t even speak English good enough to pass a test.
And they teach their courses in English!
Students had complained that they often couldn`t understand what the teachers were saying.
So all teachers had to do a test. Almost 60 procent failed.
Some of them spoke English like Tarzan. Others couldn`t spell right in English.
The good thing is that the teachers now get to go back to school!
Hey, what`s so hard about English? I can bark it perfectly!

Good morning, partner....we never tried to bark English...our genuine tongue is Kisuaheli..as this is indeed a very complicated language...but -apart of this - teachers at schools and universities seem to be a special kind of humans here in Germany too: who in the world has got that much holidays and days off...when you see relatively young human running around regularly in daytime here you can bet: teachers....these are the humans with the highest sickness rate and the ones who retire in their early fifties...DJAMBO!

Fijne dag nog.

Your human took a great portrait of your here. Do you like snow like Merlijn? He does a lot! Thanks for the `poot` and thank your human for the good wishes... I`ll be fine one day.
ANd about those teachers... Maybe you can stand in for them while they do that course.

I like this image. The foot prints, the shadows, the minimal aspect of it.

I`m so lucky you`re so accomplished in English, Joop, otherwise I`d never understand your fine bark.

eating cookies & warming your pads.

I`m not at all surprised that you can bark English, Joop. Learning from your human with his perfect English...of course you`d barking syntax would be almost perfect.

L O L A, L O L A....yeah..the Kinks....good old days of the past...tomorrow I will try some interpretation of Mr. Otis redding when the weather is fine again along the beach of our little lake and let Bosse sing " Sittin` in the dock of the bay"...Wow, a 45 of Udo...you know, he started his career with his "panic orchestra" in my hometown Hamburg in my wild clubbing and concert times and is still crazy after all these years. Pack my rackets now and go for a tennis open end on this Saturday night...

What a great picture of you, Joop! Joop in the snow - phantastic! It`s a sharp turn you did.
To talk about teachers is a wide field.
I`m happy to be not a teacher (for English language), so I can write English like I think it`s right ;-)
