The secret hiding place

I sometimes find peanuts or shells in our yard left by squirrels who get them from a neighbor’s deck. I guess this triple-nut peanut was special because this is the first time I’ve seen a squirrel put one on our windowsill for safekeeping, and so carefully at that.
