This is another Ben’s Chili Bowl panda bear (see below picture for the main one at this location), but this one had to have come from their restaurant in Arlington, which was closed due to the pandemic. I was sure it had come from Virginia because of the Key Bridge, which connects DC and Virginia, the Air Force Memorial and the high-rise buildings decorating it, all located in that state.

This poor bear is sitting on the side of the restaurant pictured below.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly unsharp.
