‘Seafoam and Amber-Tipped Chandelier,’ Dale Chihuly, 1994

This chandelier was originally commissioned in 1994 for an oceanfront residence on Long Island.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

A while back I watch a documentary about Chihuly on public tv. I found it very interesting that he no longer can work with glass due to some sort of injury. He directs assistants how he wants the glass shaped.
