One of many

We saw a large number of monarchs during our trip, especially on Long Island.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

Standouts, posted earlier:

Sony RX10 IV
1/2000s f/4.0 at 192.7mm iso400 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

On route to Mexico... what a great sight and shot. It is always a highlight to see one of these beautiful butterflies whose numbers are still imperiled. V
