Sahraa and the terrifying rain experience

Sahraa hates to be out in the backyard in the rain. Luckily I work online from home so can always let her in the moment I hear rain on my office skylight. However, on Saturday it had just started to rain heavily as Tim and I were getting home. I heard this terrible sound from the carport and thought it couldn’t possibly be Sahraa, but it was. She had run up the back stairs to the kitchen door and was literally screaming as if she were in agony. It was so tortured that my neighbor had just gone out onto her porch to see if Sahraa was hurt. She wasn’t hurt, just wanted to be let inside. After the rain stopped, she insisted we take her for a walk to make up for letting her get soaking wet. This was taken right after it stopped raining.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

We see Sahraa is afraid of the thunderstorm. Pupuce is also afraid of the storm. When she hears the thunder she asks to take refuge in the basement.
