Entertainment at the new Apple store

One last capture from the new Apple flagship store, to give an idea of the size of the place. This was the atrium between the two showrooms, where they had a group singing for the small crowd below.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

We stopped by Apple’s new flagship store in DC, which opened on Saturday. It’s situated in the former Carnegie Library (DC Central Public Library), a Beaux Arts building constructed in 1903 and restored by Apple. The place is gigantic and also houses the new DC History Center and research library, owned and operated by the Historical Society of Washington, D.C.

I like the green uniform and even trees; much softer than our local (huh?) at Norwich. I don't know if you can get so relaxed you spend a few hundred pounds without noticing; I have only been for a recall repair

it has always amazed me to see how they can wait for hours in a shop when a new product is launched into the market.V.
