Hercules' hand and elbow, Amman, Jordan

The Temple of Hercules was built between AD 162-166 and is the most significant Roman structure in the Amman Citadel. Three fingers and an elbow are all that remain of a statue of Hercules estimated to have been over 39 feet (12 meters) high.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
