It was this warm in the park...

Lincoln Park was mobbed with people enjoying the unseasonably warm weather, the warmest on record for this time of year.

Wonderful candid. Hard to believe that shot was taken in late February. I think the global climate is peculiar this winter. While we have heaps of snow (normal for Ottawa in Feb), we've also had rain and above freezing temperatures for a few days (not normal). V
