Strange idea of 'art'

This had to be one of the strangest works of “art” I’ve ever seen. Taken in the plaza of the Smithsonian’s Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden.

I have seen smashed-up cars in front of schools to scare the kids away from drinking and driving, but never one in front of a museum!
