Modern fountain

Quite a departure from the lovely fountain pictured below. This also is on a private wall, but what a totally different feeling.

Traditional fountain, posted earlier:

Very well framed. A great mixture of architectural styles. V

Very nice. Perhaps it is newer construction that accounts for the difference. Vote.

I rather like the reflecting back....for a few seconds I thought it might be an OPEN gate

The traditional fountain is so lovely, the modern one is so....shiny.

Such a difference between the old fountains and the new! Much care and attention in the aesthetics of the old, just slapped together for the new! Nicely captured for the contrast.

How odd that someone would put fountains on their wall ! It does make an attractive addition to the wall - and I like your shot with the contrasting building in the bg and the palms make a nice framing V

What a departure from the old. I like the peek at the big modern building behind the drab walls. V

You are right, the feel is very different, though both are beautiful. V

That is some contrast between the two fountains!
