The other day we were driving around southern Riyadh, not far from the DQ, to see what was there. I remembered having seen a very affluent neighborhood one evening a while ago and also wanted to revisit it in daylight. This will just be a series of captures of the houses there, many of which are still under construction. Maybe I’ll make a small gallery for the afternoon, but don’t have time to now and not sure I have enough decent pictures to make one anyway!
This is the palace (a real one!) where Yemen’s exiled president, Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, is living. For obvious reasons, I could only get a long-distance shot of the complex (and into the sun, unfortunately).
