Sahraa and admirer

We had met this Egyptian workman yesterday, and he was fascinated with Sahraa (and Obama). I think he was waiting for us today, and when he saw us, called out to his friends to come and take a picture of him and Sahraa. At one point we were surrounded by a group of workers, all trying to photograph Sahraa, who of course didn’t want any part of it. Usually the many construction workers we encounter every day give us a wide berth as they’re afraid of Sahraa, but oddly enough today at least three of them stopped us to ask if she was a good dog, name, female, puppies, etc.

Another example of the blocky construction here (but a nice gate), posted earlier:

There's that tongue sticking out again. I think that's her signal for "NO" :-)

Looks like Sahraa has a fan. An excellent portrait of this gentleman with the big smile and warmth in his expression. . The color of the shemagh stands out nicely contrasting with the waterfowl hunting designed camo of his jacket. Like two different worlds coming together. Voted++
