Mutrah Souk is the main souk in Muscat, and despite its now-modern housing, retains the flavor of a traditional Arab market. Pretty much everything you could want to buy can be found here, and although it’s a key tourist attraction, we were apparently the only Westerners in the souk. But it was certainly full of local shoppers!
