Desert flowers

I always wonder how some plants can flourish in such a harsh environment. These flowers were situated just above The Dancers rock formations shown below:

It is astonishing, isn't it, that anything can flourish int such an environment, but plants adapt over time and even here they find sustenance. A lovely image of the flowers. V
