The turntable

You can take a ride on the turntable, which we didn't, but it's apparently used to put trains on a different track or turn them around. The guard let me get on it to just take a few pictures.

It's so interesting to see the "rays" of tracks leading from the turntable to the engines! V I would have loved to ride the turntable! ;)

Not something you see everyday Millie, though I do think I remember a similar turntable for St Louis Streetcars. V
