Medieval tower, St. Olav's Church

This 124 meter (407 feet) spire is one of Tallinn's landmarks. It used to be taller -- the tallest building in the world -- at 159 meters (522 feet), but was struck by lightning in 1625 and burnt down. The church was hit by lightning and burnt down six times between then and 1820.
