This was the most memorable scene in Kraków -- Market Square, with its bustling crowds, sidewalk cafes, street performers, vendors of all kinds, horse and buggies waiting for customers, beautiful architecture on all four sides, magnificent church -- a real city center always full of life. (I also loved the yellow building but could never get it in just the right light; the evening this was taken I think I did.) We plan to drive back there at Christmas time or early January to see the Christmas crib display and catch a few more of the things we missed. I can't wait as this is one of the most enchanting cities I've ever visited, anywhere.
