The Arsenal

Built in 1600-9, the Arsenal is the finest example of Dutch Mannerist architecture in Gdańsk. It has my favorite feature of buildings of this era, whimsical downspouts in the form of flying dragons. It is now home to shops on the first floor (although we sure didn't see any) and the Academy of Fine Arts above.
